Maine Cycling Club and the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce Team-Up to Welcome Visiting Cyclists with the Dempsey Challenge Welcome Ride and Reception

Giving visiting cyclists participating in the Dempsey Challenge a taste of L/A hospitality, the Maine Cycling Club and the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce will host a special warm up ride and reception on October 8th.

For the many cyclists who are making the "Challenge" part of their Columbus Day Weekend plans, the "warm up-ride" will give them another reason to come to the community a day early. This will be a chance to relax and loosen up after traveling, meet other cyclists and while seeing a bit of the area. Following a leisurely-paced 10 mile pedal, they will enjoy a light reception at Museum L/A where the Chamber will have a chance to "show off" the community to our guest and see "Its All Happening in L/A".
