MCC Membership

Maine Cycling Club is a recreational riding club and a racing club based in central Maine. The club welcomes new members to join us at any time during the year. Organized outdoor rides generally run from April to October, but we will occasionally organize rides throughout the year. We offer a variety of group rides that are suited to all abilities. We also offer group indoor trainer rides from January to Mid-March which are held at Rainbow Bicycle & Fitness.

MCC hosts several races throughout the year including the Lake Auburn Road Race, Great Falls Criterium, MCC Time Trial and the Downeast Cyclocross race. The club is also very proud to be a part of the annual L/A Wellness Weekend held in Auburn.

 

 

 

The MCC team of racers are part of USA Cycling and have been successful in New England competition. The team includes novice racers as well as experienced veterans. We always welcome riders who would like to try racing. Among the club's goals are to recruit a diverse team drawing men, women and children of all ages.

 
 

MCC is also dedicated to the community. We support L/A Trails, an organization that serves as a public advocate for trail development by bringing together groups and individuals to create and help maintain non-motorized recreational trails, connecting urban street and rural trails in Lewiston-Auburn.

 
 

Membership dues are $25 per year. Dues-paying members enjoy the benefits of low priced club apparel, 10% discount on all purchases from our title sponsor Rainbow Bicycle & Fitness and the camaraderie of belonging to an organization with a common pursuit of its members.

You must still sign, date and mail the release form.

 

You may also pick up an Application when visiting Rainbow Bicycle & Fitness. Fill it out, sign and date the release, pay at Rainbow with a check only (no cash or credit) or mail it to us with your check.
